The region, home to other many multinationals, such as Bosch, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, St. Gobain, and now a target of several Chinese investors, is known for its excellent logistics infrastructure, and quality of life.

The city of Jundiai is located at the crossroads of the highways Bandeirantes and Anhanguera, approximately 60 km from São Paulo and 40 km from Campinas, recorded a strong growth surge in the real estate sector in recent years. From this region, companies distributing consumer products, can do product easier registration with the health authorities (ANVISA) for products requiring this, and reach very large markets in the state.
